Josh Igou

Josh Igou State Farm is proud to serve Kingston, Tennessee, and surrounding communities while assisting customers across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Kentucky. Our office is located right here in Kingston, and while our reach spans five states, our roots remain firmly local.

Josh was born in Lebanon, Tennessee. His younger childhood was mostly in Lynchburg, Tennessee but considers Jackson, Tennessee his hometown where he lived from 6th grade through high school. He was honored with selection to the Jackson/Madison County Sports Hall of Fame for his high school baseball accomplishments and later attended the University of Kansas on a baseball scholarship. Josh was part of the Jayhawks’ 1993 CWS team before graduating and returning home to Tennessee. After spending three years in the insurance industry, Josh made the move to State Farm and, alongside his wife, relocated to Indiana to build a successful scratch agency from the ground up. When they were preparing to welcome their second child, they chose to return to Tennessee so their children could grow up near family in the Knoxville area. That decision ultimately brought Josh to Kingston, where he continues to serve customers with the same commitment and care that shaped his journey. Over the years, Josh has earned recognition including Honor Agent, Ambassador Club, Chairman Circle, and President’s Club—milestones that reflect consistency, dedication, and long‐standing relationships with State Farm customers. In Tennessee, we assist customers in Kingston, Harriman, Rockwood, Oak Ridge, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Franklin, Memphis, Murfreesboro, Kingsport, Jackson, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, and everywhere in between. In Alabama, we serve Tuscaloosa, Mobile, Auburn, Hoover, Dothan, Decatur, Birmingham, Montgomery, Huntsville, Gulf Shores, and surrounding areas. In Georgia, we work with customers in Atlanta, Savannah, Sandy Springs, Athens, Macon, Johns Creek, Columbus, Roswell, Alpharetta, and nearby communities. In North Carolina, we support customers in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Wilmington, Chapel Hill, Cary, Greensboro, Winston‐Salem, and beyond. In Kentucky, we serve Louisville, Lexington, Owensboro, Bowling Green, Covington, Frankfort, and surrounding towns.
